I’m not really religious in the traditional sense. But I do know that no matter how much I try to avoid religion, there are elements of it that impact on my ability and capacity to run a successful life and business. Especially one in the coaching community.

And it's not really something we can avoid. We all need to have faith in something. A trust and belief in what we’re doing and that we have the right spiritual support in place to get us through whatever we’re going through.
